Pricing & Transparency
How do I pay for my order? Simple! We pay the store upfront, then send you a secure digital invoice for the total plus our service fee once we depart the store. You can pay in-person upon delivery or prior to with any major credit card, Venmo, or PayPal.
What does it cost for personal shopping and delivery? We offer transparent, “No-Markup” pricing. You pay exactly what the store charges, plus two clear fees: a 15% Personal Shopping & Quality Selection Fee and a Delivery Fee starting at $14.99.
How do I know I’m paying the actual store price? Transparency is our core value. We provide you with the original, physical store receipt upon delivery. You see exactly what the store charged us—no hidden app markups.
The Shopping Process
Which stores do you shop at? We shop where you shop! From Reed’s, Schaefer’s and Brainerd/Baxter stores to specialty butchers. If you have a preference for produce at one store and meat at another, just let us know.
Can you shop at multiple stores for one order? Yes! If you need items from two different locations, we are happy to help. Each additional stop is only a flat $10.00 fee.
What if an item I want is out of stock? We won’t just guess. We will text you a photo of the best available alternatives so you can make the call in real-time.
Do you have an app for my grocery list? We use AnyList, which allows you to add items in real-time. Share your finished list with us at: [email protected].
Delivery & Logistics
How far in advance should I book? We recommend booking 24–48 hours in advance, especially for busy weekends. However, feel free to reach out for same-day needs—if we have an opening, we’ll take it!
How do you transport my groceries? We treat your food like our own. All perishables are transported in high-quality, insulated coolers with ice packs to ensure your perishables arrive safe and chilled.
Do I need to be home for delivery? Not necessarily! We offer “unattended delivery” to your porch/garage or our signature “Cabin Stocking” service where we put everything away for you.
Do you deliver in bad weather? We are Lakes Area locals! We deliver year-round to ensure our neighbors stay stocked regardless of the Minnesota weather.
Trust & Support
Is there a minimum order size? No order is too small! Just keep in mind that our base fees apply to every trip, making it most cost-effective for medium-to-large hauls.
Who do I contact if I have a problem? Because we are local and family-owned, you have a direct line to us. If there is ever an issue, just call or text us immediately. We will make it right.
